Day 20: Ministry as a Team Effort  

Read Romans 16:12-13  
 
Paul’s final greetings in Romans 16 are filled with appreciation for a team of people who have faithfully served with him. His words remind us that ministry is a team sport. God didn’t design us to serve in isolation but to work alongside one another, supporting, encouraging, and challenging each other. Our different gifts come together to build up the body of Christ and accomplish His purposes.  

Teamwork in ministry also reflects God’s heart for community and connection. We weren’t meant to carry the weight of service alone. As we serve together, we find strength and encouragement from one another, reminding us that we are part of a larger story and a greater purpose. Like Paul, we’re called to serve with gratitude, valuing each person God has placed around us.

Who are the people God has placed alongside you in ministry? How can you encourage and support them this week?  

Pray:
Lord, thank You for the gift of community in ministry. Help me to see and value each person You have called to serve, and teach me to work in unity for Your kingdom. Amen.
