Day 11: The Power of Belonging  

Read: Acts 2:42-47  

The early church paints a beautiful picture of what it means to belong. They devoted themselves to teaching, fellowship, breaking bread, and prayer. Their lives were marked by unity, generosity, and shared purpose. When they gathered, something powerful happened—God’s presence was among them, and lives were transformed. Belonging in the body of Christ isn’t just about attendance or membership; it’s about meaningful relationships and shared mission. When you belong, you share in each other’s burdens and celebrate each other’s joys. The church isn’t a social club; it’s a family where everyone is valued and has a place. We are called to create a place of welcome, where people experience the love of Jesus.

Do you feel like you truly belong in your church community? How can you be more intentional about creating a welcoming space for others?  

Pray:
Lord, thank you for the gift of belonging in your family. Help me to build deeper relationships in my church and extend your love to those who feel left out. Use me to make others feel welcome. Amen.
