Transfiguration

2 Peter 1:16-21

Peter, speaks of divine revelation and truth of the Gospel, as he and the disciples testified as eyewitnesses pointing to the transfiguration and the foreshadowing of Jesus’ second coming. Through their personal stories and experiences divinely given by the Holy Scriptures leads us into the transformational experience inspired by God and given through the Holy Spirit. If we look at the Wesleyan Quadrillateral, we find ourselves growing through Scripture, tradition, reason and experience.

What in our lives has brought us to the truth of the Gospel, by our reading of the Word, our traditions, reason and experience?
